Manufactured entirely from 304-grade stainless steel, these tanks can be customized in size based on your production capacity. With a wall thickness of 3–4 mm, they ensure durability and hygiene for long-term use.
1️⃣ Pre-Soaking Tank: Softens sesame seeds and prepares them for the peeling process.
2️⃣ & 3️⃣ Salting Tanks: Utilizes salted water to help loosen and separate sesame seed hulls.
4️⃣ Rinsing Tank: Performs the final rinse to remove excess salt and remaining impurities.
An optional pneumatic transfer robot can be integrated into the system, automatically transferring sesame seeds from one tank to another, reducing manual labor and increasing process efficiency.
